One conversation at a time

partners and companions in change
Conversations
Conversations form the heart of all effective change in human systems. Our work is to support people in having meaningful and impactful conversations at multiple levels.
Partners
JBVISTA are a partnership (Julie and David) working in partnership with others. We made a decision many years ago to stay small and to leverage and be leveraged by our network of contacts in the world of organisational design and development.
Companions
We bring a supportive presence to individuals and groups to assist and encourage one another in the change process. Alongside this we offer resources to build and develop change capacity.
I have worked with Julie of JBVISTA for over 20 years as a client and as an OD Partner on projects. JBVISTA bring a wonderful combination of energy, experience, expertise and skills to any design and development work. Julie has both depth and breadth of skill, and is consistently generous in her knowledge, sharing insights and tools she has gained over 3 decades of international practice in ways which are immediately useful to clients and partners alike. Dave is practised in reflection, and brings more intimate insight to their established work in large scale intervention and change. I particularly value their dialogic approach, and the way they get alongside the system and invite people to engage in discovery and do the work in real time. They play in the premier league of UK OD practice.

Julie has supported News with leadership off sites for our Commercial department and Organisational Development training for our HR team. Julie works well with us as she is very open and transparent, she is comfortable challenging us and she cuts through a lot of information to get to the point.

Briony Hughes,  Head of HR - Commercial & Corporate Affairs, News UK
Julie and David are gifted in conversation, understanding and deep reflection. They add to these gifts their expertise, honed over years, of helping people to facilitate change and growth in themselves and in their organisations. Their genuine desire to aid people in flourishing is at the heart of all they do and they use their years of learning and experience to facilitate this.

Reverend Debra Dyson, Area Archdeaconry Adviser for Women in Ministry for Lichfield Archdeaconry, Assistant Director of Ordinands, Rural Dean of Tamworth
The strategy and redesign process work undertaken by Julie was always of considerable benefit. I participated in a number of programmes. One resulted in measured improvements in the then world class commissioning programme in the NHS through a careful proves of strategy design and engagement.
